Maximize 2016 is right around the corner, and we at DataXoom just can’t wait to see what this year’s event has in store for us. For those of you that don’t know, Maximize is a field service and technology trade show event hosted by industry leader ServiceMax. The event takes place in San Francisco, and features many key players in the field service industry, roundtable discussions, and several interesting keynote speakers.
Last week we did a piece on the 5 companies to meet at Maximize 2016. This week’s post focuses on several of the fantastic speakers from whom we’re looking forward to hearing next week. ServiceMax will have many of its own employees giving great talks on field service best practices, but this post focuses solely on speakers not employed ServiceMax–here are the 5 speakers you can’t afford to miss.
Heather Ashton
As the Research Manager at IDC Manufacturing Insights, Ashton is responsible for research and analysis of key trends, technologies, and best practices in delivering service lifecycle management (SLM), leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) devices to support business processes, and providing the customer with a unified brand experience for the life of the relationship. We are particularly excited to hear from Ashton, as she also supports research in technology and innovation, and how new technologies such as enterprise apps, mobility and big data can add value to businesses.
Gary Diorio
Gary Diorio is a Managing Director for Accenture’s Global, Cloud-First leadership team. In this role, Gary leads the Salesforce.com practice in North America. Gary’s responsibilities include driving the go to market strategy, developing capability and executing service delivery. Gary’s experience with Accenture is bound to bring valuable insight to discussions surrounding technology implementation practices.
Daphne Jones
Daphne Jones serves as Senior Executive & CIO for GE Healthcare Global Imaging & Services Business. Jones is responsible for planning and executing process innovation, information technology, capitalizing on the use of industrial internet, big data and mobility to drive medical device services growth, customer loyalty, and field force productivity. Having worked in GE Healthcare’s most highly profitable division, Jones is clearly an authority figure when it comes to technological implementation and innovation.
Stacey Epstein
Stacey Epstein, CEO of Zinc (formerly Cotap), has extensive experience when it comes to fueling growth and building companies from the ground-up. Before leading Zinc, Stacey was CMO at ServiceMax, where she helped fuel 5 years of consecutive triple-digit growth. Stacey was also Vice President of Global Marketing Communications at SuccessFactors, and was instrumental in the company’s successful IPO in 2007, and acquisition by SAP in 2010. Prior to her time at SuccessFactors, Stacey also worked at Oracle, Clarify, and ServiceSource. Stacey’s long history in field service, and apparent ability to build successful companies makes her a true must-see speaker at this year’s event.
Bill Donlan
Capgemini VP Bill Donlan has over 23 years experience helping companies improve their value chain relationships, which includes partners, vendors, and employees, through a combination of smart business strategy and technology integration. Bill’s background spans a large gamut of areas, including manufacturing, technology, consumer products, life sciences and travel/transportation. Bill is often invited to speak at CRM user groups and has also participated on a National Sales Transformation Using Technology Best Practices Panel. Prior to working with Capgemini, Bill worked at Accenture, Cambridge Technology Partners, PwC, and Cloud Sherpas.
